One of the best options is joining us on a full day snowshoe tour! Walk on the snowy white beach, summit a peak, enjoy the unique view, sit by the fire, enjoy a hot drink  and listen the great legends of the Vikings.

One of our experienced guides will lead the way over snow covered trails to reach the peak of Eggum for a breathtaking overlooks of the winter wonderland. All within the means of human-powered winter travel. The stillness of the snowy nature when walking 1,5 m above the ground is truly fascinating. As we explore Eggum’s backcountry, we’ll get to know animal signs, tracks and also listen some interesting facts about the traditionally winter life of Lofoten and some facts about the Vikings.
During the day we will warm up our bodies next to the beautiful fire where we have time to enjoy our warm drinks .
